The Ambassadors meet every 1st Thursday.

The first meeting of the Ambassadors Club of Boumi was held in the Wedgewood Room of the Emerson Hotel in Baltimore at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 1960. Divan members present were Illustrious Potentate William O. Barnes, First Ceremonial Master George Bratt, and Marshal Robers A. Phelps. Twenty-two other nobles of Boumi were present at the meeting. Three main areas of concern, at that time, were to be the goals of the Ambasadors, namely: membership, advertising in Boumi News, and goodwill throughout Shrinedom. Noble Harry R. Christopher was appointed Chief Ambassador by Potentate Barnes.

In 1978, Potentate C. Randall Keller requested that the Ambassadors visit outlying clubs of Boumi. The Ambassadors now visit clubs in Queenstown, Md., Bridgeville, Del., Westminister, Md., and Southern Maryland.

Money raised as a result of these trips and other functions has allowed the Ambassadores to donate between $2,000 and $3,000 to the Potentate each year, to be used at his discretion.
